We reserve the right to terminate this website and your access to this site at any time without notice. We do not accept responsibility for any links or third parties associated with this site. Liability for any loss, damage, or expense will be incurred by you as a result of using such links.

All information on our website including pictures, designs and artwork are the property of Quagga. Permission in writing will be required to use such information from this site.

We will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred to you as a result of any failure of communication through an electronic medium, by post or your inability to access the website for any reason.

Our website is governed by the laws and courts of Ireland and by using this site you adhere to these laws.

Product Information

We will endeavour to ensure that all information placed on our website is accurate at all times. Naturally mistakes may occur and in this event we will aim to resolve the error as soon as possible. By taking these measures we will not be liable to you for any mistake on our website.

Prices, product availability and product information are subject to change at any time without notification.

When purchasing items on the internet you should be aware of the following:
Colour: This may vary depending on your computer setting
Size: Sizes, measurements and weights are approximate
Availability: Goods are subject to availability. If the item you have purchased becomes out of stock when the order is placed you will not be charged for the out of stock item.
Delivery: Any delivery dates given are only estimates.

Buying Goods

In order to process an order with us the following steps need to be completed:
(a) Add product to your shopping basket
(b) Delivery & payment details
(c) Confirmation of order

Once you have placed an order to purchase goods we will send you an order confirmation email. Payment will not be processed until we have dispatched your goods at which point we will notify you by email that payment has gone through and the goods dispatched. It is at this point that your order is deemed accepted by us and you have entered into a contract with us.

Details of any items that are not in stock will be included on your order dispatch email. You will not be charged for any backordered items until the goods are back in stock and have been dispatched.

Prices are displayed in € EURO. For EU customers prices are inclusive of VAT. For customers outside of the EU the amount of VAT will be deducted once registered and logged in. All orders are charged in Euro.

For customers outside of Ireland you will be charged in Euro and then converted to your national currency by the exchange rate used by your bank processing your transaction. Shipments made to the US and Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient once your package reaches its final destination.

Privacy Policy

At Quagga we respect any personal information that you supply us with and we will endeavour to keep this information secure at all times. Your personal information will not be sent to any third parties, except where used by Google Anlaytics.

When you shop at our website we provide you with a secure payment method through the Realex payment gateway and Allied Irish Bank. Realex uses the latest technology to ensure that all your personal information including credit card details remains private and secure. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Any information that you provide us with will be used for the following purposes:
(a) To Process your order
(b) To gain statistical information regarding our products
(c) To notify you of any new products if you have granted us permission to do so.

By logging into your account you can amend or update any of your personal information.


Below you will find the shipping rates from Ireland to different parts of the world, these rates are in Euro, but if you are using another currency in your shopping cart it will be converted with the latest currency exchange rates. Typically a t-shirt weighs about 0.22kg, a rugby shirt weighs about 0.45kg, and a 400gsm horse turnout weighs 7kg.

We ship to Ireland and the UK.
We also ship to all EU countries such as France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, & Sweden.
Finally, we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Macau.

All deliveries will be sent using DHL. Shipments made to countries outside of the European Union, such as the USA, Canada and some other countries may be subject to import duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any such duties upon delivery.

Once an item ships you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment, and you will receive a DHL tracking number. Once shipped you can track your order via the DHL website. Please bear in mind it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the tracking number appear on DHL's tracking system.


Goods will be delivered by a reputable courier company for a secure and efficient delivery. We aim to deliver your goods within the specified timeframe quoted to you at the time of your order. However delays may occur that are outside of our control and therefore all delivery dates are an approximate guide only.

You will be required to sign for your goods at the time of delivery, so please pick a delivery address where you can sign for the goods during business hours.

Once the delivery is signed for you will become solely responsible for the goods.


We offer a 14-day full refund or exchange provided that the goods are unworn, in their original packaging, and that have all labels and swing tickets attached. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or if it is the wrong style or size, you may return it within 14 days of the invoiced date. If the goods are faulty you are entitled to a full refund on any item purchased.

All goods that are returned must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Refunds will be made within 28 days upon receipt of your returned item. On receipt of returned items we will refund the amount paid for goods to your credit card. All delivery costs are non refundable. It is advisable to obtain a proof of sending certificate which you should keep until a full refund has been given.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).  Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States .
